GruppoBPC is an entrepreneurial Group pursuing business growth both in professional and commercial activities.
GruppoBPC dues its origin by BusinessPlanCenter, the “mother” company that pursued since its opening a double purpose, to develop its consulting activities to companies in the field of strategy and investment planning, and to participate directly in business start-ups.
The aimed integration among its services of management, marketing, organization advisory pushed BusinessPlanCenter to create parallel specialized divisions in two business areas with strong synergies: information technology and communication.
Subsequently come to light AdvancedTechnologyCenter and CommunicationLabCenter, The first one is focused to develop data-driven interactive Web applications or enterprise Internet and Intranet systems, and to support technologically the business plans of its clients. The second one, on the other hand, is division specialized into image services and communication plans of the clients of the Group. BusinessPlanCenter, AdvancedTechnologyCenter & CommunicationLabCenter compose a unique Center to provide best class Business Consulting services to sustain their clients’ economic growth and let them face the current market challenges.
The Group Consulting department, with the aim to fully support its clients development plans, cooperates with a highly professional law firm, which takes care of all legal issues regarding their business actions, negotiation and deal making. The law firm activity becomes so synergic within the overall services of the consulting divisions that GruppoBPC turns to become Partner of the firm, whose offices moves to the same Milano head quarter premises of the Group (along with a secondary branch of the law offices based in Mestre, close to Venice).
Always in its advisory role, GruppoBPC, leading project management issues, has been charged to select and head out-sourced professional teams in order create and develop retail chains, whose development was previously studied and drafted by its BusinessPlanCenter division. Later on, this activity becomes an important side of its on-going management assistance, so that GruppoBPC decide to internalize these services for better coordination, enhancing at the same time quality and cost control.Comes therefore to light EdilRE, with its three divisions EdilConcept, dedicated to create and design commercial and residential spaces, EdilBuilder, to building activities, and EdilExpo, to set up interiors and provide building materials and furniture.Besides the professional activities, the Group take chance of its internal management and technical know-how to support own entrepreneurial activities (area so called Investments). So, DeConti, a new food concept addressed to develop locations offering own branded coffee and pastry products, and promoting sales to catering and distribution channels.
