GruppoBPC dues its origin by BusinessPlanCenter, the “mother” company that pursued since its opening a double purpose, to develop its consulting activities to companies in the field of strategy and investment planning, and to participate directly in business start-ups.

The aimed integration among its services of management, marketing, organization advisory pushed BusinessPlanCenter to create parallel specialized divisions in two business areas with strong synergies: information technology and communication.

Subsequently come to light CommunicationLabCenter and AdvancedTechnologyCenter. The first one is division specialized into image services and communication plans of the clients of the Group. The second one, on the other hand, is focused to develop data-driven interactive Web applications or enterprise Internet and Intranet systems, and to support technologically the business plans of its clients.

BusinessPlanCenter, AdvancedTechnologyCenter & CommunicationLabCenter compose a unique Center to provide best class Business Consulting services to sustain their clients’ economic growth and let them face the current market challenges (GruppoBPC Consulting). However, the aim to provide authentic support and the entrepreneurial mission of GruppoBPC team made the company to integrate the consultancy activity with services targeted to establish an ongoing managerial assistance. This constant and wider management approach is addressed to help new start-up companies enter the market and to assist existing businesses in enhancing their management areas such as organization, sales, marketing, finance, audit. The described new offer is created around a new division, GruppoBPC Management, that promptly specializes its services around two areas: Incubator, assisting new coming ventures into their new operations steps, and providing services ranging from office space sub-leasing, book keeping and business management. The second area is Retail & Franchising, focusing its management services in the specific field of franchising and direct retail organization setup and development on behalf of existing or new franchisors.

In the years, GruppoBPC has been charged to assist Italian clients in their efforts to enter international markets, whereas not offering its consulting services to foreign companies and investors to enter the Italian market. The increase of the international exposure of the consulting activities makes the issue strategic for the Group, so that this new group of services are gathered around a new division, GruppoBPC International, opening correspondence desks abroad and hiring multi-lingual professionals as members of the new team.

Eventually, the last synergic divisional area of professional services provided by GruppoBPC has been established around another critical issue in a company life: financial structure and corporate funding coverage. Comes to light GruppoBPC Finance, able to assist clients in the equity or debt funding to sustain their development plans, and in the selection of a wide range of financial tools.

 

The Consulting, Management, International and Finance divisions are not independent areas of service.
