Years have been spent to establish a proprietary advanced Information system. Leveraging its internal communication and developing agency (Clab), GruppoBPC set up own CRM within an online operating platform interconnecting all teams worldwide. More in detail, the GruppoBPC Panel features proprietary online:

This platform communicate as well with our customers, through an online landing page providing real time International campaign data such as number of contacts, leads references, negotiation status, orders, along with statistics such as channels and players categories.

When a company faces an international sales campaign usually follows the actors down the supply chains, looking for importers and distributors. Correct, nothing to say.

However, the “importer” gateway is often a bottleneck in the expansion project. Generally, few players dictate the terms of a possible cooperation, especially in industries where importing is possible only to licensee actors.

GruppoBPC, in its nature of global and local player, is able to establish direct business relationships down the supply chain, contacting and promoting the client’s products to local resellers downstream the importer, who represent a much wider audience. As a matter of fact, GruppoBPC teams in general promote the client’s products to both targets, Importers/Distributors (through the top-down sales approach) and Resellers/Retailers (through the bottom-up approach).

GruppoBPC, over the years, has implemented tools and scouted channels to support the sale of all kind of client’s products, belonging to many industries, and including the category of the leftovers.

This wide array of categories allows us to contribute to the clients’ growth (through the expansion of their sales) and at thesame time, to the optimization of their assets (reducing their inventories of old product stocks).

All products are uploaded and displayed, on top of other tools and documents, in our Digital Market Platform, allowing the International buyers an easy access to their listing and profile, visualizing the product complete information through customizable filters.

We then created over the time an advanced marketing tool upon our project “Information Label”, creating multimedia content as specific product information through a combined QR code and NFC tag label. The main innovation of this initiative was not the smart tagging, already applied and existing in many consumer products,but the extension of this media to industrial equipment where users could find very useful information accessing through smartphones to external online pages, such as: operating manuals, set up instructions, spare parts description, and last but not least, video tutorials.Thanks to this GruppoBPC service, our clients’ products benefit an additional source of competitive advantage able to distinguish their offer from competing proposals.

In our International network, we established a lot of valuable partnerships with Trade operators able to provide turn-key solutions to the expansion of our Clients. Among them, we selected logistics and importing companies able to supply a service enabling our Clients to export and stock their products directly into the targeted foreign markets. This gateway enables an immediate distribution through the sale of single items (see our innovative project “TradeToWorld”).

In preparing the international marketing campaign, we prepare a full set of tools in order to communicate our Client’ value proposition and offer. Among them, we created a Digital Market Platform (exclusively B2B) where to upload our Clients’ product portfolio, a sort of online catalogue, where the international buyers can visualize all promoted items by our International business developing managers.

This tool does not replace other parallel employed tools such as brochures and catalogues but provides an additional communication gateway enhancing the clients proposal with foreign potential partners, with the advanced feature typical of interactive digital repositories such as filters search options and alerts on preferred categories/brands/items upon buyer preferences.

Our Market Platform is under continuous development, with the addition of new features, in order to become an updated platform with the International trade trends and the new frontiers of the technology evolutions.
